Cashel Palace Hotel is proud to host the 2025 Long Table Dinner in collaboration with the Tipperary Food Producers Network, a unique celebration of Tipperary’s exceptional food culture and the artisans behind it. Taking place on Saturday 16 August, this special evening will welcome guests to a dining experience that honours the county’s rich culinary heritage.

Held along the historic arrival avenue of Cashel Palace, the Long Table Dinner will bring together over 30 local food producers, whose craftsmanship and commitment to quality have shaped Tipperary’s reputation as a hub of gastronomic excellence.

Guests will be welcomed with a pre-dinner drinks reception and live jazz, followed by a beautifully curated five-course menu with wine, crafted by Michelin-starred Culinary Director Stephen Hayes. Each course will celebrate the provenance, seasonality and exceptional flavour of the Golden Vale’s finest ingredients.

“As a proud Relais & Châteaux property, food is central to the guest experience at Cashel Palace,” said Adriaan Bartels, General Manager. “We are fortunate to be surrounded by one of Ireland’s most fertile and abundant regions. The Golden Vale offers a larder of extraordinary quality, and it is a privilege to celebrate the producers who bring it to life.”

Pat Whelan, Chairman of the Tipperary Food Producers Network, added:

“We believe something extraordinary happens when local artisans come together. The Long Table Dinner is not just a culinary event, but a celebration of community, collaboration and craftsmanship.”

Tickets are priced at €225 per person, or €2,000 for a table of 10, and include:

  • Drinks reception with canapés and jazz
  • Five-course menu with wine
  • Post-dinner live music

Proceeds from the evening will go towards supporting local food producers and future collaborative initiatives across the region. Please note, an alternative indoor location available in the event of poor weather conditions.
