Begin your journey to deep relaxation with mindful breathwork, allowing the body to ground and the mind to soften. Flowing from stillness into touch, specialized pressure point therapy and a rejuvenating foot massage stimulate key zones to encourage the release of built-up stress and restore balance from the ground up.
Next, the face is gently cleansed and nourished, followed by a facial pressure point massage to melt away tension and support emotional clarity. Warmed organic oil is then applied to the scalp, where a rhythmic, flowing scalp massage soothes the mind. This transitions into gentle neck and shoulder work, releasing built-up tightness and restoring calm.
