History

From archbishops to aristocracy, from country leaders to leading ladies, Cashel Palace boasts a rich and illustrious history of notable hospitality. Down through the years, the hotel has been synonymous with hosting glamorous guests including Jacqueline Kennedy, Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor, Ronald Reagan, Diana Spencer and Prince Joachim of Denmark.

Restoration

Working with a conservation architect and team of skilled craftspeople and contractors, we set about restoring one of Ireland’s most impressive Palladian buildings to its former glory.

Gardens

Encompassing three beautifully landscaped acres, the walled gardens at Cashel Palace feature a melody of ancient trees, modern planting and impressive horticultural features.
