What Guests Can Expect

Welcome & Introduction
Guests are greeted with a signature aperitif, setting the tone for an immersive and relaxed experience. The Mixologist introduces the philosophy behind cocktail creation — balancing flavour, texture, and presentation.

The Craft of Mixology
Through a live, interactive demonstration. The Mixologist showcases the techniques that define a great cocktail:

• The importance of quality ingredients
• Balancing sweet, sour, bitter, and spirit
• Professional shaking, stirring, and garnishing techniques
• Glassware selection and presentation

Tipperary-Inspired Creations
Drawing inspiration from the surrounding region, guests will be introduced to cocktails that celebrate local ingredients — from Irish spirits to seasonal herbs and artisanal products. Each drink tells a story, connecting the land to the glass.

Interactive Tasting Experience
Guests enjoy tastings of carefully crafted cocktails, guided by the Mixologist’s insights into flavour profiles and pairings. Expect a mix of:
