Cashel Palace Land To Table (Galtee Honey Farm Beekeeping With Owner Aoife Nic Giolla Coda)

Nestled in Glengarra Wood on the slopes of the Galtee Mountains, the farm offers wonderful views across the Galtee Vee Valley, stretching across Cork, Limerick and Tipperary.

Located just 20km from Cashel Palace, Micheál and his daughter Aoife continue a rich beekeeping tradition, producing award-winning honey, beeswax candles and honey mead, all rooted in Irish biodiversity and heritage.
