Nestled in the heart of the Main House of Cashel Palace, Light-filled, elegant, and historically rich, The Queen Anne Room is one of Cashel Palace’s most distinctive spaces. Overlooking the gardens and framed by soft hues, antique mirrors and glistening chandeliers, it offers a serene setting for both refined lunches and elegant Afternoon Teas.

Sourced from trusted farms, fisheries, and artisan producers across Tipperary and beyond, each dish is crafted with respect for tradition and a touch of modern refinement served in one of the Cashel Palace’s most luminous and graceful settings.

Our Festive Afternoon Tea offers a luxurious array of handcrafted savouries, delicate finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones and exquisitely presented seasonal pastries, all served with your choice of the finest loose-leaf teas or a glass of Champagne for extra sparkle.

Today, Cashel Palace’s afternoon tea channels the glamorous high society era, bringing an Irish flavour to this beloved tradition. Expect delicate bone china, signature loose leaf tea in silver pots and cake stands laden with decadent treats. Served in our impressive Queen Anne Room, you shall find deep sofas, high ceilings, chandeliers, tall windows, a log fire and walls hanging with equine art – the perfect setting for lingering over delicious pastries, savouries and cakes!
We cannot imagine a more enjoyable way to while away a carefree afternoon.

Garden Terrace
For those who prefer dining al fresco, the Garden Terrace offers an inviting outdoor setting with views of the iconic Rock of Cashel. Located just beyond the Queen Anne Room, this elegant terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely lunch or refreshing drink in the open air. With its own curated menu showcasing fresh, seasonal ingredients, the Garden Terrace blends refined flavours with the beauty of nature. Whether dining in the afternoon sun or enjoying a cocktail during the golden evening glow, this serene space invites you to relax and savour the spectacular surroundings.
