Recharge Health Bar is a wellness-led food and drink outlet at Cashel Palace, located in the courtyard at the front of the hotel with its own public access for walk-up guests.

Serving freshly made smoothies, açai bowls, protein balls, matcha and exceptional coffee, Recharge is designed for hotel guests, spa visitors, wellness class attendees, local residents and visitors to Cashel seeking something nourishing, fresh and feel-good.

Open Monday to Sunday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, it is ideal before or after a spa treatment, following a class, during a garden walk, on the way through town or as a healthy stop while visiting Cashel Palace.

Recharge serves freshly made smoothies designed for energy, glow and feel-good nourishment. Choose from favourites including Green Machine, Recharge with Protein, Mango Magic, Strawberry Glow with Collagen Protein and Very Berry.

Bowls

For something more substantial, Recharge offers nourishing bowls including açai bowl, overnight oats, granola yoghurt pot, tabbouleh salad bowl and beetroot hummus salad bowl, with selected toppings and additions available.

Matcha & Iced Drinks

Recharge offers matcha, chai, iced coffee and refreshing daily drinks for guests looking for something light, uplifting and feel-good. It is ideal before a class, after The Spa or while passing through Cashel.

Sourdough Bread

Recharge also offers sourdough bread, ideal for guests looking for something simple, nourishing and freshly prepared during the day. Enjoy it as a light bite with coffee, after a walk through Cashel or as part of an easy courtyard stop at the front of Cashel Palace.
