Situated in the courtyard at the front of the hotel, Recharge is our new health bar where you can enjoy goodness on-the-go or relax in the peaceful surroundings. Serving freshly made smoothies, açai bowls, protein balls, matcha and exceptional coffee, everything is created with wellness in mind; organic where possible, and free of refined sugars.
Signature Smoothies
Green Machine - a healthy morning detox: Spinach, kale, green apple, pineapple, cucumber, celery, lemon juice, ginger juice.
Strawberry Glow - a delicious dose of inner radiance: Strawberries, banana, avocado, dates, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla protein collagen, sea moss, coconut yoghurt.
Recharge - a post-workout boost: Blueberries, spinach, banana, peanut butter, almond milk, vanilla protein powder.
Mango Magic - a fusion of flavour and function: Mango, pineapple, orange, banana, coconut yoghurt, lion’s mane.
Very Berry - suitable for children: Frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, organic vanilla yoghurt.
