Chef's Table & Private Dining

Each course of the surprise menu is introduced and described by the Chef in charge of producing the dish. Guests learn where the ingredients come from and what the elements of the dish are by the very person who made it.
Interspersed with this is an excellent and in depth description of each matching wine by Farrah Scanlan, our Sommelier, and at the end of the meal the whole kitchen team serve the petit fours to finish off the experience.

Our Ethos

Located in Ireland’s Golden Vale, Cashel Palace looks to the rich rolling pastures and surrounding farmlands of Tipperary to source exceptional Irish ingredients for our talented team of chefs to work with. Executive Chef Stephen Hayes feels honoured to work so closely with Ireland’s best farmers, growers, artisan producers, fishermen and distillers, championing Ireland’s rich larder while ensuring guests of Cashel Palace enjoy the purest and finest flavours of Ireland.
