At Cashel Palace, food is a celebration – of life, of the land, of the locality. Serving outstanding contemporary Irish cuisine, we source much of our produce locally to give you an authentic taste of Tipperary. From the lightest lunch to a formal feast, afternoon tea or breakfast in bed, each dish follows our ethos of excellence.

Chef's Table

Each course of the surprise menu is introduced and described by the Chef in charge of producing the dish. Guests learn where the ingredients come from and what the elements of the dish are by the very person who made it.
Interspersed with this is an excellent and in depth description of each matching wine by Farrah Scanlan, our Sommelier, and at the end of the meal the whole kitchen team serve the petit fours to finish off the experience.

It is €125 per person for a five course surprise tasting menu with an additional €75 for the matching wines to make the whole meal a total of €200 per person for an unforgettable and personal evening with our Chefs.
