At Sadler’s, food is guided by the seasons and the richness of the surrounding land. Menus are curated by Stephen Hayes, Director of Culinary at Cashel Palace, and shaped by local farms, growers and artisan producers.

Guests can expect seasonal Irish dishes prepared with a modern sense of refinement, including free-range Tipperary lamb, line-caught Irish fish, garden-fresh vegetables, house-made breads and desserts. The result is relaxed country dining with polish, generosity and a strong sense of place.

Sadler’s is open throughout the day, making it a flexible dining option for guests exploring Fethard and the surrounding area.

Breakfast is served daily, with lunch available each afternoon and dinner served on Friday and Saturday evenings. Sunday lunch is also available, offering a relaxed weekend dining experience in the heart of Fethard.

The drinks offering at Sadler’s is designed to complement the seasonal menus and the relaxed character of the restaurant.

The wine list is curated by Farrah Scanlan, Head Sommelier at Cashel Palace, and includes boutique European labels, elegant reds, crisp whites and celebratory sparkling wines. The drinks menu also features signature cocktails using Irish spirits, a premium selection of Irish whiskeys and craft beers from Tipperary and beyond.

Sadler’s is available for private dining, celebrations, business gatherings and milestone occasions in Fethard.

A bespoke partition wall allows the dining space to adapt for more intimate occasions of up to 30 guests. Menus can be tailored to your event, with seasonal Irish ingredients, curated wine pairings and optional touches such as florals, music or cake service.
