Cashel Palace Hosts Unforgettable Long Table Dinner in Celebration of Tipperary’s Culinary Heritage

Cashel Palace was honoured to host the Long Table Dinner in partnership with the Tipperary Food Producers Network this past Saturday evening. Set against the backdrop of the historic manor avenue, the event welcomed 150 guests and over 30 local artisan producers for a joyous evening of exceptional cuisine, music and community spirit.

Curated by our own Michelin-starred Culinary Director, Stephen Hayes, the five-course menu was a true celebration of Tipperary’s abundant natural larder. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted to showcase the very best of our region’s produce - ingredients sourced from the Golden Vale and our local partners, each imbued with heritage, flavour and heart.

As a proud member of Relais & Châteaux, our commitment to terroir, sustainability, and authentic Irish hospitality was at the forefront of the evening. Guests were treated not only to world-class dining but also to lively jazz performances and post-dinner entertainment that echoed the warmth and camaraderie of the occasion.
