• Brunch: Sat, 10:30 am – 1:00pm

• Lunch: Mon - Sat, 12:30 pm – 4 pm

• Dinner: Daily, 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

• Sunday Lunch: 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Step into Ireland’s equine legacy with an immersive visit to the Fethard Horse Country Experience.

2. Castles, Colts & Culture 

A full cultural and equine immersion including the iconic Rock of Cashel, Fethard Horse Country Experience, and a four-course lunch in Mikey Ryans. This is followed by a visit to the internationally renowned Coolmore Stud.

• Duration: 4 .5 hours 10:30pm - 3:00pm

Private dining in the Glass Well

Tucked within the walled gardens of Mikey Ryan’s, The Glass Well is an elegant, light-filled pavilion designed for intimate private dining. Surrounded by greenery and flooded with natural light, this tranquil space accommodates up to 12 guests in comfort and seclusion. Whether hosting a discreet business lunch, a celebratory gathering, or a wine-paired tasting menu, The Glass Well offers a serene setting where fine food and warm hospitality shine.
