Your first evening begins with dinner at Mikey Ryan’s, setting the tone for a relaxed and convivial stay. On New Year’s Eve, enjoy Champagne and canapés in The Drawing Room before dinner in The Bishop’s Buttery, where the evening continues with a special New Year’s Eve menu.
After dinner, make your way to Donoghue’s for post-dinner entertainment and a midnight toast, or choose to raise a glass in The Guinness Bar as the Palace welcomes the New Year.
