Join Danny for some midweek movement to reset your rhythm with the option of one or both nourishing practices, each designed to awaken your energy and bring you back into connection with yourself: body, breath, and beyond.
Having returned from six years in Australia and six months in Bali, Danny is back on the mat in Ireland. Known for his grounded, soulful approach, his sessions offer spaciousness to align your body with your deeper self.
Yoga: 5.45pm – 6.45pm
A flowing, holistic class to build strength, increase flexibility, awaken energy, and restore balance. Expect a blend of mindful movement, breathing, and moments of intentional presence woven together in a way that feels intuitive and revitalising.
Yin Yoga: 6.45pm – 7.45pm
A slow, grounding practice that invites deep surrender. Rooted in stillness, with long-held poses and awareness, this class soothes the soul, regulates the nervous system, supports emotional release, and invites a sense of inner calm and quiet bliss.
Danny blends modern embodiment with ancient wisdom, drawing from yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatics, spirituality, and energy practices to create a space that feels sacred.
