Jack Marshall is a Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Mindset Coach, and Ayurvedic Practitioner. His classes are rooted in self-healing and transformation, shaped by his personal journey of living with chronic pain and arthritis for seven years.
A deeply restorative session offering simple yet powerful practices to quiet the mind and cultivate presence. Through guided meditation, breath awareness, and mindful reflection, Jack supports you in letting go of mental tension and creating more spaciousness, clarity, and ease.
Jack’s teachings explore how to move beyond the limitations of the mind, so we can experience more peace, joy, and everyday freedom.

Jack studied Traditional Hatha Yoga in Bali and teaches with an accessible, intuitive, and supportive approach. His sessions blend mindful movement, breath, and awareness to create a grounding yet energising practice.
A gentle, steady class designed to build strength, release tension, and reconnect you to your body’s natural rhythm. Expect thoughtful sequencing, focused breathwork, and moments of stillness to leave you feeling centred and content.
Jack’s classes are suitable for all levels, offering space to explore, soften, and move with intention.
