Traditionally closed to the public, Coolmore opens its gates for Cashel Palace guests. Your evenings are equally unforgettable. Included on one night is a Michelin-starred dinner at The Bishop’s Buttery, where our culinary team presents a seasonal three-course Table d'Hote menu shaped by Irish provenance and elevated technique. 

Each morning, take breakfast in The Queen Anne Room, where the rituals of morning are reimagined with the finest local produce and elegant service.

Coolmore Guided Tour Information

• Days: Tuesdays & Fridays at 2pm.
• Location: Fethard, County Tipperary – a short 20min drive from the hotel.
• Duration: 2 hours approx. Start time 12.30pm/1pm – 1.45pm at Fethard Horse Country Experience. 2pm – 3pm at Coolmore Stud.
