This autumn, the Michelin-starred Bishop’s Buttery at Cashel Palace Hotel invites you to indulge in a series of exclusive luxury gastronomic events, each meticulously curated to offer an unforgettable experience. Join us as we celebrate the finest in wine, champagne, and whisky, paired with exquisite culinary creations. Our three-part event series will transport you through the heritage and craftsmanship of Henschke Vineyard, Deutz Champagne, and Macallan Whisky.

We warmly invite both hotel guests and non-residents alike to enjoy these unique culinary events. Those opting to stay overnight will also receive a 15% discount per room booked on September 11th, October 23rd or November 12th.

November 12th: The Macallan Whisky Experience



Conclude our autumn series with an immersive experience dedicated to The Macallan Whisky. Guests will be welcomed in The Drawing Room of the Main House with a The Macallan "Patience Serve Workshop" and canapés, setting the stage for a night of whisky exploration.

The evening continues in our one Michelin Star restaurant, The Bishop's Buttery, where the fires will be lit, creating a cozy ambiance for an expert-led whisky tasting and 5-course tasting menu, both paired to perfection.

Each guest will leave with a bottle of The Macallan Double Cask 12YO as a memorable keepsake.
