The Bolton Suite

Found next to The Spa at Cashel Palace, The Bolton Suite is an oasis of calm in which to do business. Once home to one of Ireland's most impressive private collection of books owned by Archbishop Theophilus Bolton, the suite now pays homage to the past with its charm and original wooden beams, but now a light-filled, flexible space in which to do business in multiple configurations.

The Glass Well at Mikey Ryan’s

Hidden away next door, in the garden of our sister property, Mikey Ryan’s Kitchen & Bar, you’ll find the most unusual private dining suite. The Glass Well is a spectacular outdoor private dining room that seats up to 12. Housed within a weather-proofed pergola, with an automated roof, doors and heating, parties can enjoy private al fresco dining with the promise of instant shelter should the weather change.
